United Alloy is seeking an experienced CNC laser operator to support our laser cutting and engraving operations in Janesville, WI. You will align materials, load CAD inputs, and adjust settings to meet exact tolerances on CO2 or fiber laser systems.

Applicants should have 2+ years of CNC laser experience, read blueprints, and understand CNC processes. This on-site role runs Sunday–Thursday nights with potential overtime and benefits included.

Qualifications

• Over two years’ experience operating CO2 or Fiber CNC laser-cutting machines.
• Must be able to read and interpret blueprints.
• Understanding of CNC processes is helpful.

Responsabilités

• Align and secure materials on the laser cutting table.
• Load and interpret CAD files or design inputs into the machine’s control interface.
• Adjust machine settings based on material type and thickness.
• Operate the machine to cut or engrave per design, ensuring accuracy.
• Inspect finished components for specified dimensions and quality.
• Maintain logs of completed jobs and machine maintenance.
