Job summary

United Alloy in Janesville, WI, is hiring for a full-time, on-site position on 3rd shift (10:00 pm–6:00 am, Sun–Thu with OT as required). You will operate metal fabrication equipment, read blueprints, and ensure quality standards per ISO and customer requirements.

A high school diploma/GED and ability to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance are required. Responsibilities include material measurement, labeling, and maintaining accurate production records in Factory Track/CSI, while upholding

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must pass drug screen and pre-employment physical.
• Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds with an assist.
• On-site role in Janesville, WI.
• Experience with ISO processes and quality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment to maintain quality of cut materials per specs.
• Monitor cutting performance and efficiency; perform deburring as needed.
• Read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
• Operate forklift, overhead cranes, tape measure and calipers.
• Read and write job numbers; label kits accordingly.
• Maintain safety, quality and manufacturing standards.
• Follow Foreman's priorities and start dates; ensure 95% efficiency.
