Job Description:
The Laser CNC Operator is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining machinery, tools, equipment, and facilities to ensure maximum uptime and safe operation. This role supports production operations by performing both preventive and corrective maintenance, while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
Pre-employment Qualifications:Pass pre-employment drug screen, acceptable background check results including criminal history.
Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required. Technical certification or associate degree preferred. 2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Language Skills:Individuals must have good written and oral communication skills.
Reasoning Ability:Strong attention to detail is also required
Computer Knowledge and Skills: Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions. Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Skilled with hand tools, power tools and diagnostic equipment. Computer skills are a must for logging and reporting
