Job summary

Qualifications
- Lean manufacturing principles & continuous improvement knowledge.
- Able to lift up to 49 pounds and stand for long shifts.
- 2+ years in CNC machine shop, tool crib, or manufacturing kitting.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, BOMs, CAD/CAM sheets.
- Proficient with precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers).
- Experience with ERP/CMMS or inventory systems.
Responsibilities
- Assemble comprehensive production kits with raw materials, tooling, and docs.
- Review BOMs, blueprints, and setup sheets before production.
- Stage kits at machining cells to minimize delays.
- Process job teardowns and log used components in ERP/CMMS.
- Presets and pre-assemble cutting tools into holders.
- Measure tool offsets and update tooling database or RFID tags.
- Inspect and maintain fixtures, molds, and fixtures.
