The Machine Shop Kitting Specialist optimizes production efficiency by managing the flow of cutting tools, fixtures, raw materials, and precision documentation to the shop floor. This role bridges the gap between engineering, the warehouse, and CNC machinists by building complete production kits. By assembling all required tooling, raw material blanks, and setup sheets prior to a production run, this specialist reduces machine downtime.
The Amazon Leo machine shop provides development fabrication capabilities as well as production machining. These operations occur in our Redmond facilities. The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
