DuraServ Corp in Wooster, OH is seeking an Industrial Engineering Technician to support R&D activities, electromechanical maintenance, mechanical drafting, and CNC programming. This hybrid role requires strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities to troubleshoot and reduce downtime while providing manufacturing support by loading and proving CNC programs.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in manufacturing with LEAN experience, proficiency with PLCs, CAD/CAM tools, GD&T,

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience supporting engineering and operations.
• LEAN environment experience with maintenance and troubleshooting of complex equipment.
• Experience in troubleshooting and PM of production and facilities equipment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Mansioni

• Coordinate with production and engineering to quickly implement safe solutions.
• Troubleshoot and maintain PLCs and industrial electrical equipment.
• Interpret blueprints, GD&T, and write CNC programs.
• Provide support for capital projects and tooling selection.
