Ideal candidates have 5–8 years of industrial maintenance experience, a high school diploma or GED plus Mechatronics training, and proficiency with CMMS and MS Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2 years of technical/community college in mechatronics or electromechanical field.
• 5–8 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to perform 8-hour shifts and overtime as required.
• Proficient with CMMS and basic computer literacy (Office).
• Able to lift at least 50 lb and work in varied weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair production equipment (CNCs, tests, cleaners) to minimize downtime.
• Perform corrective and preventive maintenance and assist with setup of new equipment.
• Troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic and high voltage electrical systems; read blueprints.
• Disassemble/repair components, replace parts, and reassemble to spec.
• Adhere to safety rules, LOTO, chemical handling, and PPE requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet lean/continuous improvement goals.
