Zusammenfassung

Randstad USA is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our Pittsburgh manufacturing team. The role focuses on diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing CNC machinery and mechanical/electrical systems in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications include 2-3 years of maintenance experience and a High School diploma; an associated degree or related training is a plus. Shift is 8 AM–4 PM, with overtime as needed.

Qualifikationen

• 2-3 years of proven experience in manufacturing equipment maintenance
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or related training desirable
• Proficient understanding of mechanical principles of CNC machines, wire components, and electrical/mechanical systems
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical orders

Aufgaben

• Diagnoses, troubleshoots, maintains and repairs CNC machinery, pneumatic and/or hydraulic systems
• Conducts preventive maintenance inspections and actions (lubrication, cleaning, filter changes, alignments)
• Troubleshoots and repairs facility systems (HVAC, plumbing, lighting, basic electrical)
• Uses megger, voltmeters, and multi-meters to test and repair mechanical systems
• Safely operates forklifts, hoists, and cranes as required
