Job summary

Best in Recruiting is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Glenshaw, PA on-site role. You will diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair CNC machinery and manufacturing equipment, while supporting facility maintenance needs and following preventive maintenance directives.

The position requires a High School Diploma or GED and 2–3+ years in equipment maintenance, with the ability to read blueprints and lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2–3+ years of manufacturing equipment maintenance experience.
• Strong understanding of mechanical principles related to CNC and manufacturing equipment.
• Working knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, wire components, and preventive maintenance procedures.
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and technical documents.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk 8–10 hours.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair CNC machinery and manufacturing equipment (pneumatic/hydraulic systems, machining centers).
• Perform preventive maintenance (lubrication, cleaning, filter changes, alignments, inspections).
• Troubleshoot and repair facility systems including HVAC, plumbing, and lighting.
• Troubleshoot and repair basic electrical issues.
• Use diagnostic tools such as meggers, voltmeters, and multi-meters.
• Safely operate forklifts, hoists, and cranes.
• Support overtime and on-call maintenance needs when required.

Job Summary:
