Job summary

Union Special, LLC in the United States is seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our precision manufacturing team, producing components for sewing machines. You will set up and run new jobs, verify dimensions with precision instruments, and monitor operations to ensure tolerances are met.

Qualifications

• Set-up and run new jobs.
• Interpret drawings and blueprints and perform shop computations for dimensions, tooling, speeds and feeds.
• Edit program settings related to tool feeds and speeds.
• Adjust tool travel distance.
• Use precision measuring instruments and maintain tolerances from drawings.
• Monitor machine operations and output quality.
• Rework and calibrate parts or tooling when needed.
• Replace dull tools and set/sharpen tools as required.

Responsibilities
