Job summary

Regal Rexnord Corp is seeking a CNC Grinder Operator for the first shift in Cleveland, Ohio. Starting pay ranges from $24.00 to $30.00 per hour, with relocation considered for the right candidate.

The role requires a one-year certificate (preferred) and 6 months to 1 year of related experience. Candidates must read micrometers/calipers and have blueprint-reading skills.

Qualifications

• One-year certificate from a college or technical school preferred.
• 6 months to 1 year of related experience or training.
• Ability to interpret and understand verbal and written directions.
• Mechanically inclined with strong math skills.
• Ability to read measuring devices including micrometers and calipers; working knowledge of feeds and speeds.
• Must successfully complete a blueprint-reading course.

Job Overview

We have one opening for a CNC Grinder Operator for our first shift.

Starting pay range: $24.00–$30.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Set up centerless grinder machinery.
• Operate centerless grinder machinery, upholding and adhering to production standards and ISO 9001 regulations and guidelines.
• Inspect product for defects and perform deburring as necessary.
• Move completed material to the next workstation.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Education

One-year certificate from a college or technical school preferred.

Experience

6 months to 1 year of related experience or training.

Specific Skills & Knowledge

• Ability to interpret and understand verbal and written directions.
• Mechanically inclined with strong math skills.
• Ability to read basic measuring devices, including micrometers and calipers; working knowledge of surface footage, feed rates, and experience calculating feeds and speeds.
• Must successfully complete a blueprint‑reading course.

Physical Demands

The duties of this job include: using hands to finger, handle, or feel; reaching with hands and arms; speaking or hearing; standing, walking, and sitting frequently; occasionally climbing or balancing; stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling; and lifting or moving up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus.
