Job summary

OBE seeks a CNC glass machine operator to track, locate, and record production on shift schedules. Communicate production demands with operators on each shift and ensure quality edges via grinding operations.

This is a 2nd shift (Sun–Thu, 4:00pm–2:30am). Candidates should read sketches, interpret schedules, and perform measurements with tape and basic math, with training provided and a strong emphasis on safety.

Qualifications

• Must read and understand sketches and translate to glass edges.
• Must read schedules and understand edger's production demands.
• Operate grinder to fabricate quality edges and use lifting equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machine for glass production and record output on schedules.
• Coordinate with Lead and shift operators to meet production demands.
• Perform routine maintenance and ensure safety policies are followed.
