Job summary

American Leather Operations LLC in Newton, NC is hiring a Framer to assemble wood frames using hand and power tools. The role involves reading diagrams, operating nail and staple guns, and maintaining a clean, safe work area for a 40–45 hour week with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Five years of production/framing experience.
• Ability to read diagrams and drawings.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 30 lbs.
• Ability to work independently and with teams.

Responsibilities

• Assemble wood frames using hand and power tools.
• Read diagrams of styles and SKUs to determine procedures.
• Operate nail guns and staple guns.
• Maintain clean and safe work area and report issues.
• Work forty hours a week and overtime as required.
• All other duties as assigned.
