Job summary

SilencerCo, LLC is seeking CNC Machine Operators for the Weekend Night Shift (Friday–Sunday, 6:00 PM–6:30 AM). The role welcomes entry level through experienced applicants with on‑the‑job training available.

Responsibilities include metrology validation, machine setup, reading blueprints, and maintaining safety and quality in a high‑volume shop. Ideal candidates will have basic computer skills, the ability to interpret prints, and a strong work ethic with excellent attendance.

Qualifications

• Experience in CNC machining and metrology; ability to read and interpret prints and procedures.
• Must be able to lift 25 lbs and stand for up to 10 hours.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills; safety-minded.

Responsibilities

• Use metrology to validate Quality on all machined components
• Run machines efficiently based on daily standard work
• Check parts through company systems accurately with high attention to detail
• Utilize machine monitoring software
• Set up material and offsets to target part tolerances
• Read prints with minimal help and communicate issues as they arise
• Maintain coolant concentration and optimize tool life
• Adhere to 5S and safety standards in a high-volume shop environment
