Job summary

XOVR CNC Parts & Service is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, train, and support CNC machine tools across the United States. The role requires traveling to customer sites, performing installations, training operators, and providing on-site technical support for X-Series and other CNC equipment.

Candidates should have strong mechanical troubleshooting skills, the ability to read complex diagrams, and excellent communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with mechanical systems and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical/hydraulic/pneumatic diagrams.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
• Self-motivated with customer-service orientation.
• Ability to solve problems methodically and provide logical solutions.
• Must live within one hour of a major U.S. airport.

Responsibilities

• Install and base-line/debug new CNC equipment systems.
• Train customers and operators on equipment operation and procedures.
• Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot existing systems; perform data analysis on performance.
• Document safety, maintenance, and operation reports.
• Read and interpret diagrams/schematics; collaborate with engineers and customers.
