ESAB is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, repair and train customers on CNC Cutting Machine Products. The role requires travel, hands-on technical work and a focus on exceeding customer expectations.

You will diagnose malfunctions, perform preventive maintenance, and communicate with operators and engineers. Regular lifting and travel are involved, with some international travel.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Electronic Engineering Technology or 2–3 years related experience.
• Ability to read and interpret technical publications, journals, and regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to apply advanced mathematical concepts.

Responsabilités

• Install, repair and train customers on CNC Cutting Machine Products.
• Test faulty equipment and diagnose malfunctions to repair problems.
• Write technical reports describing malfunctions and deviations.
• Diagnose malfunctioned equipment.
• Perform preventative/corrective maintenance on customer machines.
• Communicate with customers, programmers, engineers and operators to resolve problems.
• Make timely travel arrangements to accommodate customer needs.
• Other duties as assigned.
