Job summary

Aspire Talent Solutions is partnering with a CNC machine tool builder to hire a CNC Field Service Engineer. You will install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain CNC systems at customer sites nationwide, with extensive travel and independent field work.

Responsibilities include installations, leveling, geometry checks, diagnosing electrical/mechanical issues, and providing remote support as needed. A strong PLC/CNC background and excellent customer service are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent hands-on experience in a related field.
• 5+ years of CNC machine tool maintenance and service experience.
• 5+ years of remote technical support within the machine tool industry.
• Proven experience installing and servicing machining centers with geometric alignment.

Responsibilities

• Install new CNC machine tool systems at customer sites, including options and accessories.
• Perform machine leveling, geometry checks, and final adjustments for peak performance.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and application issues.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support via multiple channels.
• Travel extensively (100%) to customer sites and support events.
