Job summary

Ellison Technologies in Houston is seeking a Field Services Engineer to support clients across a locally defined territory focused on the Houston market. You will work hands-on with cutting-edge technology and partner with a diverse client base within an organization that backs its service technicians.

Qualifications

• Experience installing, maintaining and repairing CNC machining centers.
• Developed repair skills in mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Willingness to travel locally and work at multiple facilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform field service, installations or PMs as required.
• Resolve customer issues and provide sales support and some training
• Communicate effectively with a variety of people
• Represent Ellison Technologies professionally and ethically at all times
• Take ownership of all service cases, projects, and maintain customer records and documentation
• Other related duties as assigned.
