Job summary

Ellison Technologies, Inc. seeks a Field Service Engineer to support CNC machinery in the Raleigh–Fayetteville area. You will work hands-on with cutting-edge technology and service a diverse client base, backed by a company that values its technicians.

Responsibilities include field service, installations, and preventive maintenance with a focus on local customers. A company vehicle or car allowance, plus cell phone and laptop, are provided, along with benefits and ongoing learning opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience installing, maintaining and/or repairing CNC machining centers.
• Developed repair skills focused on mechanical, hydraulic and electrical aspects.
• Wamiliarity with service and preventive maintenance tasks.

As a Field Services Engineer, you’ll support clients across a locally defined territory with a primary focus on the Raleigh Fayetteville markets. Responsibilities

Responsible for day to day field service. Including but not limited to: service, installations and/or preventive maintenance relative to the local market.

Essential Duties include:

• Perform field service, installations or PMs as required.
• Resolve customer issues and provide sales support and some training
• Communicate effectively with a variety of different people
• Represent Ellison Technologies professionally and ethically at all times, with all actions in line with business expectations.
• Take ownership of all service cases, projects, etc., and maintain all customer records and technical documentation.
• Other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

What are we looking for?

Ideally someone with experience installing, maintaining and/or repairing, of CNC machining centers and CNC turning centers. With this experience we're looking for developed repair skills, focused on the mechanical, hydraulic and electrical aspects of your craft.
