SendCutSend is seeking a CNC Machine Operator to operate and support CNC fiber laser equipment producing precision-cut sheet metal parts. You will set up, run, inspect, and handle materials, ensuring parts meet customer specifications.

The role requires reading drawings, using measuring tools, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace in a lean/5S environment. Competitive hourly pay is offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Basic knowledge of CNC systems and machine controls.
• Ability to read production drawings and flat patterns.
• Ability to use measuring devices and basic hand tools.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor CNC fiber lasers.
• Load material and unload finished parts from machines.
• Verify correct programs, tooling, and material prior to running jobs.
• Perform machine startup, shutdown, and routine daily maintenance.
• Read and interpret 2D and 3D drawings for proper laser and brake setup.
• Measure parts using gauges and inspection tools to verify dimensions meet specs.
