Responsibilities

• Fully comprehend scopes of work per plans and specs to complete the job.
• Ensure compliance with Turner standards, safety codes, regulations and site rules.
• Demonstrate teamwork, integrity, commitment and leadership in daily operations.
• Set up or operate CNC equipment to produce fabrication parts.
• Review specifications or blueprints to determine operations and sequencing.
• Maintain machine equipment in proper operational condition and appearance.
• Train others to safely operate and maintain shop equipment.
• Diagnose machine tool malfunctions to determine need for adjustments.
• Maintain safety and PPE and a clean work area.
• Track production and coordinate with customers, contractors and suppliers.
