CAD-Engineering-Resources is seeking a hands-on CNC Equipment Reliability Lead in Shelby Township, MI. You will own preventive maintenance, diagnose issues across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and software domains, and partner with operators to minimize downtime.

You will implement parts stocking, recordkeeping, and safety procedures, with a focus on keeping CNC lathes, mills, grinders, and saws running efficiently. 90-day contract-to-hire, day shift.

Qualificações

• Associate degree or technical certification in mechanical or electrical engineering (or related field).
• Proven maintenance/repair experience with CNC lathes, mills, grinders, hydraulic broaches and saws.
• Familiarity with CNC controls such as Fanuc and Siemens.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and clear communication.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end preventive maintenance for CNC machines.
• Troubleshoot and repair across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and software domains.
• Collaborate with operators and setup personnel to minimize downtime.
• Maintain maintenance records, schedules, and parts usage.
• Oversee shop equipment safety and compliance.
