Qualifications

• Requires 4 years of experience on CNC machines or equivalent machinery.
• Able to read mechanical/electrical blueprints, parts lists, and manuals.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Capable of basic math to determine gear ratios.
• Skilled in fabricating and repairing using shop equipment.
• Able to assemble/disassemble machinery (mechanical and electrical) and troubleshoot.
• Experience as CNC machine maintenance technician is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment following PM schedules.
• Complete corrective, safety, and quality work orders as assigned.
• Conduct safety inspections of guarding and hazards.
• Investigate problems and suggest root-cause solutions via risk assessment.
• Maintain accurate records of parts usage, notes, and procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and assist in major installations.
• Diagnose and repair CNC equipment.
