FEDCO - Fluid Equipment Development Company in Monroe, MI, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair CNC machines, HVAC, and related equipment. The role requires performing preventive maintenance, installing and commissioning new equipment, and handling maintenance across the facility.

The candidate should have a technical degree or 3–5 years of related experience, with strong mechanical and electrical aptitude and the ability to work independently.

Competenze

• Technical degree or 3–5 years of related experience preferred.
• Experience with maintenance of CNC machines and facility systems is a plus.
• Must obtain and maintain a valid driver’s license.

Mansioni

• Inspects equipment, checks operating condition, and logs repairs.
• Performs maintenance jobs as requested and routine preventive maintenance.
• Installs new equipment and assists with piping and electrical wiring for changes and additions.
• Follows safety rules and maintains records of maintenance activities.
• Ensures work area is clean and maintained; updates management on area activities.
