FEDCO - Fluid Equipment Development Company in Monroe, MI, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair CNC machines, HVAC, and related equipment. The candidate should have a technical degree or 3–5 years of related experience, with strong mechanical and electrical aptitude and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Technical degree or 3–5 years of related experience preferred.
• Experience with maintenance of CNC machines and facility systems is a plus.
• Must obtain and maintain a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Inspects equipment, checks operating condition, and logs repairs.
• Performs maintenance jobs as requested and routine preventive maintenance.
• Installs new equipment and assists with piping and electrical wiring for changes and additions.
• Follows safety rules and maintains records of maintenance activities.
• Ensures work area is clean and maintained; updates management on area activities.
