Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Three years of experience repairing and maintaining CNC machines with increasing complexity and responsibility.
• Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals, schematics, and work orders.

Responsibilities

• Performs duties to install and maintain production machines and plant facilities.
• Provides emergency/unscheduled repairs during production and scheduled maintenance.
• Troubleshoots and repairs mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, PLCs, and Ladder Logic systems.
• Reads schematics and manuals to perform maintenance and service.
• Diagnoses problems, replaces parts, tests, and adjusts as needed.
• Performs regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and facilities.
• Supports lean, 5S, and value stream initiatives while maintaining safety.
