Job summary

FEUER Powertrain North America, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain, diagnose, and repair heavy industrial production machinery and facility systems at our Robinsonville, MS facility.

This self-starting role focuses on rapid issue resolution and proactive maintenance to keep manufacturing running smoothly. Responsibilities include diagnosing CNC mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems; servicing hydraulic pumps and valves; assembling components; and updating

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in heavy industrial maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents.
• Basic math, measurement skills, and manual dexterity.
• Familiarity with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose issues and repair CNC machine mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
• Inspect, service, and rebuild hydraulic pumps, valves, pneumatic lines, cylinders, and filtration units.
• Machine component assembly following manufacturer instructions and torque values.
• Complete preventative maintenance on CNC machines and facility systems.
• Weld repair steel machine support structures.
• Update maintenance ticket system with repair notes daily.
• Update preventative maintenance tracking tool weekly.
• Update and write maintenance work instructions and standards.
• Train and mentor new employees as needed.
• Comply with OSHA standards and procedures for Fall Safety, Confined Space, and Lockout Tagout
