PrideNow, part of Pride Global's light industrial staffing, seeks a Manufacturing Equipment & Facilities Engineer for a precision machining environment. You will lead CNC equipment installation, commissioning, FAT/SAT, and integration across multiple locations, driving process excellence and quality for new and existing product lines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• 5–8 years of experience with CNC equipment installation and commissioning.
• Knowledge of manufacturing equipment and metrology systems.
• Experience coordinating vendors and contractors.
• Understanding of OSHA requirements, machine safety, and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO).

Responsibilities

• Develop equipment requirements based on product and process needs.
• Prepare RFQs and evaluate supplier proposals.
• Select CNC platforms, machine controls, metrology systems, and supporting equipment.
• Oversee site readiness, including utilities, foundations, safety requirements, and network setup.
• Lead Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), accuracy verification, and equipment capability checks.
• Coordinate installation activities with contractors and maintenance teams.
• Design manufacturing layouts that optimize workflow, safety, and ergonomics.
• Specify tooling, workholding, and process monitoring systems.
• Identify and implement improvements to increase Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and reduce waste.
• Ensure compliance with GD&T, Cp/Cpk, and customer requirements.
