Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- 2–3 years CNC machining or engineering technician background.
- Experience programming CNC Swiss or milling equipment.
- Proficient in G-code and CAD/CAM software.
Responsibilities
- Develop, edit, and optimize CNC programs for Swiss lathes and milling centers.
- Interpret drawings and GD&T to establish efficient machining processes.
- Select tooling and fixtures to maximize productivity and quality.
- Create repeatable manufacturing processes meeting cost and production goals.
- Troubleshoot machining issues and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate engineering trials, validations, and change control.
