Job summary

GPAC is seeking an Engineering Manager for a hands-on, high-precision CNC manufacturing environment in Central Illinois. Lead engineering strategy, optimize processes, and drive continuous improvement while developing the engineering team onsite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• 6+ years of CNC manufacturing/engineering leadership experience.
• Strong background in G-Code programming, process engineering, tooling, blueprint reading, GD&T, and machining operations.
