Anchor Harvey in the United States is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the CNC machining engineering team, driving process improvement, cost efficiency, and compliance with AS9100 and customer requirements. You will oversee CNC processes for new and existing products and partner with QA, production, and design teams.

The role requires a mechanical engineering degree and 7+ years in CNC/manufacturing with leadership, strong CAD/CAM skills (Mastercam, SolidWorks), and experience with ERP

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• 7+ years in CNC machining or precision manufacturing with leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of CAD/CAM software and machining principles.

Mansioni

• Supervise and mentor process engineers, CNC programmers, and staff.
• Allocate resources to meet production and project deadlines.
• Oversee CNC machining processes for new and existing products.
• Maintain adherence to AS9100 and other standards.
• Collaborate with QA to resolve process issues and implement corrective actions.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives to reduce waste.
• Identify opportunities for automation and advanced manufacturing.
• Work with production, maintenance, and supply chain to ensure smooth operations.

• Forecast resource needs and plan future capacity.
