Job summary

The Heico Companies, LLC is seeking a CNC Supervisor to oversee daily machining and finishing operations, drive lean improvements, and manage a team in a high-precision manufacturing environment. You’ll ensure schedules, quality, and safety standards while fostering teamwork and accountability.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in manufacturing leadership, experience with ERP/MRP systems, and knowledge of CNC and GD&T. Aerospace/defense exposure is a plus; a technical degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive manufacturing/engineering leadership.
• Direct supervision of employees.
• Lean manufacturing experience and structured problem-solving.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems is highly desired.
• Knowledge of CNC machinery and GD&T is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily CNC machining and finishing operations to meet schedules.
• Coordinate production priorities, staffing, overtime, and material flow.
• Monitor job status, delivery commitments, labor efficiency, and machine utilization.
• Lead Lean initiatives and continuous improvement.
• Supervise and develop CNC machinists and finishing technicians.
• Ensure safety, quality, and 5S standards.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance to resolve issues.
