Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 15 years CNC machining experience required.
• Experience with ITAR compliance is a plus.
• Ability to lead root-cause analysis and preventive actions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the highest level of technical capabilities and execution in CNC operations.
• Support Quoting, NPI, Lights out Manufacturing and continuous education in CNC.
• Lead for programming across the CNC department and ensure efficient cutting times.
• Ensure Preventive Maintenance schedules are followed for all equipment.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Carry out 6S activities and other duties as assigned.
