Job summary

A-dec, Inc. (USA) is seeking an LME Technician II to maintain CNC-related equipment and drive reliability improvements. You will troubleshoot electrical control and drive systems, perform mechanical repairs, and maintain accurate records in the CMMS.

The role requires 5–7 years of experience, knowledge of 480V systems and VFDs, and an Oregon LME card. HazMat certification is preferred or obtainable within the first year of employment.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience maintaining and repairing equipment.
• Ability to read electrical schematics.
• Knowledge of electrical control/drive systems up to 480V and VFDs.
• HazMat certification or ability to obtain within the first year of employment.
• Oregon LME card required and all licensure up to date.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical and mechanical repairs on equipment with supervision.
• Troubleshoot electrical control/drive systems using scopes and meters.
• Collaborate on maintenance projects to improve machine reliability.
• Maintain maintenance records in CMMS (CribMaster).
• Cross-train to act as backup Maintenance Mechanics; support ISO, OSHA, and DEQ requirements.
