Regular Full Time Technical Temple, TX, US

Texas Hydraulics is looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician II who enjoys figuring out why something isn't working and, more importantly, knows how to get it running again.
This isn't just basic preventive maintenance. You'll troubleshoot and repair CNC controls and other technical electronic equipment, diagnose issues with HMIs, drives and power supplies, and work with everything from motors and pneumatics to conveyors and production machinery.
You'll use schematics, diagnostic equipment, precision measuring tools, equipment manuals and good old-fashioned mechanical problem solving to find the issue and fix it.
The position requires availability to work all shifts, including weekends, and participate in on-call coverage for plant emergencies.
This is a hands-on industrial maintenance role. You'll work around moving mechanical equipment and electrical systems and may encounter wet or humid conditions, elevated work areas, chemicals and outdoor conditions. The position requires regular standing, walking, reaching, climbing, bending and similar physical activity, with occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.
If a CNC machine throws a fit and your first instinct is to grab a meter and figure out why, we should probably talk.
