TOPS Staffing, LLC is hiring a CNC Drilling Machine Operator for a growing manufacturing operation in Pennsylvania. The role involves setting up and operating CNC drilling equipment to machine steel I‑beams, tubes, and structural components, with overhead crane material handling and strict adherence to tolerances.

You will read blueprints and production specs, verify programs and dimensions, and conduct quality inspections.

Qualificações

• Previous CNC machine operating or industrial manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience with steel fabrication or machining is a plus.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Ability to use tape measures and other measuring equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Overhead crane experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to work independently while supporting production goals.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and operate CNC drilling equipment.
• Drill holes and machine steel I-beams, tube steel, and structural components.
• Load and position large steel materials using overhead cranes.
• Read blueprints, shop drawings, and production specifications.
• Enter or verify machine programs and dimensions; position material accurately.
• Monitor machine operation and adjust as needed.
• Measure finished pieces to verify hole locations and dimensions.
• Perform quality inspections to ensure parts meet specifications.
• Maintain tolerances and production standards.
• Keep machine and work area clean and organized.
• Follow safety procedures when handling heavy steel and equipment.
