TOPS Staffing is seeking a CNC Drilling Machine Operator to work with large steel components and precision equipment in a manufacturing setting. You will set up and operate CNC drilling equipment, drill holes on I-beams and tubes, and read blueprints to meet production specs.

Expect a four-day, 10-hour shift schedule (Tuesday–Friday 5:00 AM–3:30 PM) with potential overtime on Mondays and opportunities for pay progression from $20–$23/hour to $24–$27/hour after hire-in.

Qualifikationen

• Experience operating CNC drilling equipment and reading blueprints.
• Ability to inspect parts and verify hole locations and dimensions.
• Strong attention to detail and safe handling of heavy steel components.

Aufgaben

• Set up and operate CNC drilling equipment.
• Drill holes and machine steel beams and tubes per blueprints.
• Load/position large materials with overhead cranes.
• Read and verify production specs and dimensions.
• Enter/verify machine programs and measurements.
• Ensure tolerances and production standards are met.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety procedures.
