Qualifications

• One year or more CNC machining experience with HAAS vertical mill.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Able to read a tape measure and micrometer.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and perform basic math for setup.
• Maintain safety and work in a high-noise environment.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret production drawings.
• Understand machine controls, program codes, fixtures, and tool offsets for HAAS/Quick Mill.
• Use measuring instruments to verify parts and determine cutting depths and speeds.
• Coordinate with teammates to maintain workflow and track production.
• Perform operator preventive maintenance and report equipment issues.
• Maintain housekeeping and safe operation in the work area.
