Job summary

U.S. Tsubaki Power Transmission, LLC is seeking a production associate in a manufacturing environment. The role involves setting up and operating bending presses, heating units, and profiling machinery, with tasks including blueprint reading and material selection to meet specifications.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 1–2 years of manufacturing experience. Shift is 4 days per week, 10 hours per day, with potential overtime and a supportive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in a manufacturing/production environment.
• Able to read and interpret blueprints.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate bending presses and heating units for hot or cold bending, forming or offsetting.
• Set up and operate profile cutting machine, crane, robotic scrap disposal, machining center and parts marker.
• Read and interpret blueprints and ensure quality to ISO specifications.
• Maintain safety and communicate with Design Engineer for process improvements.
• Foster a team environment and prioritize work to meet scheduling needs.
