Job summary

Manpower, Inc. is seeking a CNC Machinist to join a leading manufacturing organization specializing in sheet metal hardware installations.

The role supports the production department, requiring reliability, strong blueprint reading, and the ability to work independently. The candidate should have 2–3 years of hardware insertion and blueprint reading experience, a High School diploma, good communication skills, and a team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of hardware insertion and blueprint reading experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent; prior experience preferred.
• Good basic oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Reliability and ability to follow instructions with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Proper installation of pem nuts, standoffs, studs, and specialty hardware using various insertion machines and setups.
• Read and interpret blueprints and instructions for custom hardware setups.
• Ensure all work through hardware insertion meets quality standards.
• Assist with understanding and executing complex assembly tasks with limited supervision.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned to support team objectives.
