Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience may be considered.
• 1–2 years experience in a manufacturing/production environment.
• Physically active work typical of a manufacturing plant environment (pushing, pulling, lifting, standing, bending, twisting).
• Safety sensitive position.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate bending presses and heating units for bending, forming or offsetting.
• Read and interpret blueprints and routing packages.
• Monitor gauges, controls and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality.
• Maintain quality to meet ISO specifications and blueprint requirements.
• Communicate with Design Engineer and team for process improvements.
• Foster a safe, productive team environment and prioritize work.
