Responsibilities

• Perform routine, preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on CNC machine tools (3-axis/5-axis mills, lathes, routers).
• Diagnose and repair mechanical failures of ball screws, linear rails, bearings, spindles, gearboxes, and drive systems.
• Troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems, including pumps, valves, actuators, and cylinders.
• Inspect, align, level, and adjust components to maintain accuracy and performance.
• Read and interpret blueprints and manuals to support maintenance and repair.
