You will troubleshoot both mechanical and electrical systems, including Fanuc controls, tool changers, spindles, and hydraulic/pneumatic subsystems, while delivering professional service. The role requires excellent communication, the ability to work independently, and daily travel to customer sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years CNC field service experience.
• Fanuc controls knowledge; programming a plus.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain CNC milling and turning machines at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot and repair automatic tool changers, pallet systems, spindles, and turret mechanisms.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings and prints for precise repairs.
• Diagnose electrical systems, CNC controls, and electro-mechanical assemblies.
