Job summary

MillerKnoll is seeking a Manufacturing Machine Operator in Atlanta to support high-quality production. You will set up and operate equipment, read routings and drawings, and perform quality checks while rotating through stations to meet department goals.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED and experience working with measuring tools. A reliable attendance record and ability to lift up to 50 pounds are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience operating machinery in manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to access and use information system databases.
• Competent in basic math and measurement tasks.
• Ability to read, understand, and interpret written and verbal instructions in English.
• Willingness to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexibility to work different hours as business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Set up, load, and operate manufacturing equipment.
• Read routings and drawings to produce parts to quality expectations.
• Rotate through department work stations as needed.
• Perform SPC/quality checks using measurement tools.
• Maintain 5S and department safety guidelines.
• Complete required paperwork accurately to ensure records.
