Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan machining by reviewing work orders, blueprints, and engineering specifications.
• Program mills by entering instructions and setting tool registers.
• Set up mills by installing and adjusting chucks, tools, collets, and attachments.
• Verify settings by measuring positions and inspecting first run parts.
• Maintain specifications by performing drilling and threading operations.
• Troubleshoot processes and request repairs as required.
• Assemble, repair, and fabricate metal parts using mechanical equipment.
