Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent, plus basic performance competency.
• Experience operating machinery in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience using information system databases relevant to manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Operate specialty machinery to fabricate, assemble or move products.
• Verify dimensions from drawings and ensure quality standards.
• Interpret written and verbal instructions and keep accurate records.
• Complete paperwork to maintain record accuracy.
• Perform SPC/quality checks with measurement tools.
• Follow Standard Work Instructions and maintain clean, safe work area.
• Participate in improvement activities and cross‑training.
• Rotate through department workstations as needed.
• Set up, load and operate manufacturing equipment.
• Maintain regular, on‑time attendance and flexible hours.
• Work overtime when required and support business needs.
• Perform additional duties to achieve objectives.
