Job summary
Aspire Talent Solutions is seeking a CNC Cell Lead in the Duluth, MN area for a 2nd or 3rd shift role with a leading heavy equipment manufacturer. You will own setups on large-scale milling centers, edit G-code at the controller, optimize programs, and mentor junior operators.

Qualifications
- 2-Year Technical Diploma or Associate Degree in CNC Machining or Machine Tool Technology.
- Experience executing independent setups on large milling centers with tight tolerances.
- Proficiency in controller-level G&M code editing and GD&T concepts.
Responsibilities
- Perform complex independent setups on large-scale CNC milling centers.
- Edit G-code and optimize program paths at the controller.
- Interpret prints and apply GD&T standards for precise machining.
- Conduct first-article inspections with precision metrology tools.
- Collaborate with design engineers and welding teams to improve workflows and resolve roadblocks.
- Provide shop-floor leadership and mentor junior operators.
