Tom Trese Networking LLC is seeking a CNC Cell Lead in the Duluth, MN area to own large-scale milling setups and optimize G-code. You will mentor junior operators and coordinate with design engineering and welding teams on complex high-strength parts.

Qualifications

• 2-year technical diploma or associate degree in CNC machining.
• Experience independent setups on large milling centers.
• Proficiency with controller-level G&M code editing and GD&T.
• Strong problem-solving and long-term tenure.
• U.S. Citizenship or Green Card (residency in Duluth area).

Responsibilities

• Perform complex, independent setups on large-scale CNC milling centers.
• Edit G&M codes at the controller and optimize toolpaths.
• Apply GD&T on complex blueprints and ensure tolerances.
• Mentor junior operators and lead floor initiatives.
• Collaborate with design and welding teams to resolve roadblocks.
• Maintain safety and quality during high-autonomy workflow.
