Qualifications

• 2+ years of CAD programming experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• SolidWorks experience preferred.
• Experience with automation equipment preferred.
• Skilled in interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving abilities in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work independently and closely follow directions.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Use CAD and programming software to create programs and work instructions.
• Interpret drawings and tolerances from customer specifications using CAD software.
• Support Sales and Estimating with technical details and process capabilities.
• Support Production with tooling design and alternate production methods.
• Provide input on efficiency improvements and cost-benefit analyses.
• Maintain understanding of equipment used for processing.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
