Qualifications

• Experience with CNC plasma, oxy-fuel cutting equipment or Lasers required.
• 1+ years in fabrication, machining, or CNC operation preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Basic computer skills for programming and job tracking.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to lift, bend, stand, and work 8–12 hours per shift.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC burn table equipment to cut materials according to production requirements.
• Program and adjust cutting parameters for quality and efficiency.
• Read and interpret blueprints and job travelers.
• Inspect parts for conformance to specifications.
• Perform routine machine checks and basic troubleshooting.
• Load and unload raw materials, stage finished parts.
• Organize raw material inventory and labeling.
• Assist with unloading incoming material trucks and storage.
• Maintain 5S standards and department cleanliness.
• Follow safety policies and wear PPE.
• Identify defects and communicate issues promptly.
• Support continuous improvement in cutting quality and efficiency.
