Job summary

Screen Machine Industries LLC is seeking a Burn Table Operator/Machine Operator in Ohio to safely cut materials, handle parts, and run programmed operations. The role requires reading tapes and drawings, and cross-training on saws and press brakes for production efficiency.

The candidate will inspect finished parts for quality, operate related equipment, and follow safety policies while supporting others on the team in a fast-paced shop environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in metal cutting using various methods.
• Experience with other metalworking machines and general metal fabrication.
• Ability to read a tape measure and understand measurements.
• Ability to read and understand drawings and part lists.

Responsibilities

• Align torches and load drills to run cutting programs.
• Read instructions and press drawings to position materials.
• Inspect finished parts for quality and report non-conformities.
• Operate overhead crane or forklift to move materials.
• Maintain safety practices and PPE per company policies.
• Assist with special projects as assigned by supervisor.
